Dr. Ina Lorenz

Dr. Ina Lorenz was born 1971 in Hamburg. She started as a veterinary technician in the Bargteheide Equine Hospital from 1993-1995. After graduating in Veterinary Medicine in Berlin in 2001 she came back to Bargteheide to work as an assistant clinician. Ina is a certified specialist in horses. Her main professional interests are foal and emergency medicine. She takes care of the inpatients and is part of the surgeon team. Due to her dissertation about “Delineation of the collateral ligaments of the distal interphalangeal joint and their affections using magnetic resonance tomography on the standing horse” Dr. Lorenz is also one of our MRI specialists. In January 2014 she became partner and head of the clinic together with Dr. W. Jahn, Dr. V. Sill and Dr. J. Brunk.
